Does listing your name in whois do better for Google page rank?

Question by Minestoned: Does listing your name in whois do better for Google page rank?
A lot of domain registrars provide a privacy service, so you dont have to put your own name and phone no. in whois records. If i wanted to rise faster in Google page rank, i wonder which is better, or if it makes a difference at all?

Depends what the website is for.. If you are planning and selling something then don’t opt for the privacy because people will check and if you opted for privacy you usually have something to hide..

Regarding the page rank I had a private domain and it ranked 2nd for my keyword. So from personal experience it shouldn’t make a difference..

Incoming links are important and people will link to good content and a honest website.

Website listing recipes depending on which ingredients you have?

Question by mishmash: Website listing recipes depending on which ingredients you have?
Ages ago somebody on here mentioned a website on which you say which ingredients you have available, and it then provides you with recipes you can make using those ingredients. Does anybody know what this website is, or know of a similar one? Thank you for any answers!

Yes, it’s www.epicurious.com
Down where it says “find a recipe” type in an ingredient and click go.
